People looked at the attack as a tragedy that could happen to anyone. Not only Americans died that day. There were many other nationalities that are included in the 2,973 fatalities. Therefore, they are also taken as common enemies of the world. They waged a war not only to U.S. But to all nations who looked at their method as inhuman and unacceptable. They did not think about the lives they took or the repercussions of what they believed to be a noble sacrifice. They are common enemies, therefore, because of the whole world suffered from the aftermath of the 9/11 tragedy.
